New Course, Art and Science of Scientific Collaborations

A new course will be available to graduate students, post-doctoral research scientists, and faculty in STEM this fall. The Art and Science of Scientific Collaborations will explore challenges associated with scientific collaborations and teach students how to lead and sustain scientific collaborations through project-based learning. Course topics include: collaboration context, culture and leadership practices, mindset theory, identity theory, assessment and evaluation, research culture, and diversity and inclusion.
