This year, we’re celebrating One Health Day with a look into the “frightening and fantastic” world of fungi! Join us on October 30 at the UT Student Union (262 B/C) to learn about the complex impacts of fungi on the health of humans, animals, plants, and the environment. You’ll also learn about the mushrooms of Appalachia and the many roles fungi play in culinary arts. Fungi-forward refreshments will be provided, and Halloween costumes are encouraged!
