This year, we’re celebrating One Health Day with a look into the “frightening and fantastic” world of fungi! Join us on October 30 at the UT Student Union to learn about the complex interactions of fungi in human, animal, plant, and environment health. You’ll also learn about the mushrooms of Appalachia and the critical roles fungi play in culinary arts. Fungi-forward refreshments will be provided, and Halloween costumes are encouraged!
